I just thought I'd mention that through a local VW enthusiast club where I live I benefit from sizable dealer discounts. They range from 5%-40% depending on what the part it is of course.

Example; Spoke to the parts department last Saturday about Xenon headlights for my soon to be Ed30, normally he quoted in the region of £350 per headlight, with my discount I got them down to just under £200 per headlight.

If anyone needs OE stuff but doesn't get discount at their local dealer, feel free to give me a shout and I could get a price for you. All I'd ask of you is to cover the postage. Invoices will be sent with parts as proof of amount paid.

In the short time I've been a member on here I have been some what overwhelmed by the amount of help and advice I have received, fantastic bunch, really are!

This is my sort of contribution to the Mk5 owners and hopefully many of you can benefit  :happy2:

Further to this,  I get a guranteed 19% discount when spending over 50€

Like Maverick said the help on here makes a huge difference and is well appreciated  :drinking:

I agree TPS are very good. However, the discount I get is at the dealers. So I use them more as with my discount parts tend to be cheaper.

I would definitely be interested in taking advantage of this.  To start with would you be able to get a price for a GTi front splitter and insert? 

The part numbers are:
1K0 805 903 D9B9 - splitter
1K0 807 110 9B9 - insert
