 :congrats: :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

Jenson drove a superb race - Excellent overtaking.

What a gent Ross Brawn is by remembering those who had to be shed from the team but who had contributed to Brawn's success.

....Yes, I noticed that too - Not very sportsmanlike and in very direct contrast to Rubens and others.

As you know Robin there's always been something about Mr Vettel that hasn't sat well with me, always came accross a bit ungracious and today he has confirmed my suspicions.

I think the word you are looking for is wichser.

I am really pleased for Jenson and Brawn. It was looking a bit touch and go for a few races but they have come through and won.

 :congrats:   :pomppomp:

Well he did it, and I always knew he would.  I have to admit he went all out to reduce the damage limitation and Rubens just wasnt strong enough.  I was ultra excited after qualifying though.

Im very sad that Rubens has yet again failed to win at Brazil but thats the nature of the business.  What an action packed white knuckle ride that race was, well don Jensen I am very happy you won, your not the worlds greatest driver (or singer) though in my opinion.  I think those maclarens are going to give you hell next year.

enjoy your 12 months and your big fat "1" on the front of your car  :happy2:

I think now the season has ended my thoughts are. Although enjoyable throughout there was way to much going on, drama after drama.
I think with so many regulation changes, it led to the cars being too sensitive, a simple tyre change and the cars would loose a second a lap making the drivers look rubbish even though it seemed to be the car.
My favourite bit of the season has been the on-board camera footage at the start of the races, you really got a feel of how fast and hectic the starts are.   :scared:

Big props must go to the BBC, i thought ITV's coverage was first class but as usual the BBC took it to another level.   :notworthy:

I wasn't sure about Eddie Jordan at first but he turned out to be a little diamond and very funny even when he wasn't trying to be. Still not sure about Johnathon Ledgards commentary during the year, i think they could find someone a bit more exciting for that role. But apart from that the coverage was first class.   :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

Overall a very enjoyable year of ups and downs.  :drinking:

....

One of the best seasons for a long time imo.

I thought Jake was excellent and the whole BBC presentation.

The racing was far less predictable and consequently it was at times very exciting and close.

Next season is looking to be just as varied and interesting.
