Glad vettel messed up, hes a whinger, and im glad schumi is yet again quicker than rosberg, has rosberg needed taking down a peg or two after he was quicker than schumi the first few races.

vettel has really gone down in my books recently. i was always a big fan, but he is a spoilt little tw4t, who cant stand losing.

where would hammy lie in the championship standings if he hadnt suffered from a rim failure?

he would have another 18 points on what he has now which would have pu him about 9ish points ahead
not to sure without checking, but to be fair if vettel hadnt had the reliability issues, and if webber hadnt had today incident etc etc it would all be very different

Where hhave the ferrari's gone again.  i see alonso the t0$$er ruined someone else's race again

think it might have been Pedro Dela Rosa in front of him and alonso wast quick enough to get past, he kept leaving the track trying to get past on a few occasions, and then eventually clipped him on one of his lunges giving him a puncture.

might have been someone else though

anybody seen in the news, redbull have said they think it was webbers fault for not giving enough room, but they will not be releasing th steering telemetry.  wander why???  webbers contract is up the end of the season.  vettel is signed on for more time already.

anybody guess who redbulls number 1 driver  is

That was purely a racing incident.. Webber had to defend, and Vettel had to move over to make the move stick, he presumed once along side Webber would give him the corner, he didn't, so they touched.. To 'blame' it one one driver is pretty sh*tty if you ask me.. but its the way things are with the media / public, everyone wants someone to be held accountable..

you could clearly see in the video footage that vettel turned right, and yet the same footage of webber showed he never adjusted his steering.  and the fact that vettel was pretty much past webber already, bar the back wheels of his 'car' id say there was enough room just.

id like to add im an armchair f1 driver and no my stuff

....That's how I judged it too. It's also to some extent instinctive reactions too.. Body language etc: 'Oi, move over a bit!'

Pisses me off how everything has to be blamed on someone, not just in motorsport. That earthquake must be someone's fault. Also when you weren't taking care and fell over was also someone else's fault.. Very stoopid imo  :stupid:

yet brundle, coulthard, martin whitmarsh any many others put the blame on vettel straight and simple.

even eddie jordon who although said he didint think it was as simple as just blaming one of the drivers, conceded that vettel did steer into him.

wonder how redbul would see that if it was a mclaren who had done that to webber??

http://www.formula1.com/news/interviews/2010/6/10860.html

just read this. seems they do agree vettel turned in causing the contact, but believe mark webber should have moved right as well to allow the room.

also seems like the sudden burst in pace was due to fuel ratio changes

Seems like red bull are putting it down to an accident now and not blaming anyone

http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/02062010/58/red-bull-absolve-webber-blame.html

Doubt he will be there next season though :signLOL:

I feel that it was Vetel who caused the crash pure and simple. But the guy has been under so much pressure lately he has had the fastest car all season but has had all the reliability issues as well. He is the fastest driver in that team, and it must be really making him twist seeing Webber perform so well recently adding to the pressure, i think he just felt a bit desperate, and thought Webber would succumb. A risk that didn't pay off.
