but there is an 'E' and a 'M', and a little bit of jigging about and it spells 'ME'.      Alonso is still a grade 1 stroker though

Agree entirely, I'd hate to see either Vettel (little sh*t) or Alonso (spanish tw@t) win it so as I doubt it will now be Lewis I'd rather it be Webber as he's a top bloke!

Great how the well established front runners were quick to congratulate Hulkenberg on gaining his first ever F1 pole - Very sporting.

We can't reliably predict the opening laps of the race but if he's at all slower it could cause some argy-bargy problems for the likes of Alonso etc.

Lots of folks are rooting for Webber, however as the season has developed I have found that I prefer Vettel. Webber has tended to become sour at times and Vettel has matured and also has a good sense of humour. There is absolutely nothing in it between their performances.

Lewis Hamilton has matured this season too and I'd love to see him win the championship again. So my order of preference in spite of being a long term Ferrari fan is:

- Hamilton
- Vettel
- Webber
- Alonso

Jenson is a real gent but I'm not confident he'll ever win another championship against the current crop of drivers.

Hamilton
Button (not ruddy likely)
Webber
Vettel

Then about 5 million others before Alonso. In fact even if Alonso was the only F1 racer in the world I'd still rather the man waving the chequered flag won it before him

My list was a real-world list though  

If I was to choose a champ regardless, I'd have no hesitation choosing Massa - Obviously not based on this year's performance but because he so deserved to win that year he so closely missed out. And because he's such a nice guy (as far as I know and can tell).

Hamilton has to win the last two races to stand a chance but if not ill take Webber as a consolation for the title.

This is looking like a decent result for Alonso

Red Bull are certainly making life hard for themselves. Interesting for us though!
