Just thought id put an updated spec as to where the car is up to at the minute all i have done so far is put pics up and answer questions.

The Spec so far then is:-

Full Race Engine and G/Box Mounts
Milltek 3" turbo back exhaust with rear box delete and black tips
Evoms Induction Kit and Heatshield
Draft 22 Catch Can
Mocal Oil cooler Kit with Custom Alloy Take off Housing
H&R Front and Rear Arbs
Polybushed
BSH Drop Links
Full Custom Cage
Rear Wheel Well Removal
VMR 8.5x19" Alloys with 42 Offset running 235/35/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports
x2 Sets of TD 1.2 Pro Race one with Slicks and other running Yokohama A048 Semi Slicks
THS Intercooler
Uprated Fuel Pump
Carbon Can Deleted
Cobra Suzuka Pro Carbon Fibre Seats
Cobra Alloy Side Rails
OMP Ultra Lightweight 6 Point Harnesses
Qauiffe Diff
Driiled Rear Discs and Powdercoated Calipers
365mm Ap Rotors with Fully floating Bells
RS42 Pads and RS4 8 Pot Calipers

All the work has been carried out by Kev at KPM Racing and cannot recommend him enough for anyone wanting work doing to there vehicles.

couple of questions Shaun, not before congratulating you again on an epic build..  :notworthy:


Where did you get the Buckets?  Anywhere you'd recommend (cheapest!) as I only ever end up looking in tweaks.  Did you save a noticeable amount of weight?

What is the thought / benefit of doing the charcoal canister delete?  Does it cause issues?

APR (for the time being)... What's up your sleeve?  :wink:

Thanks mike comments much appreciated its been a long long journey!

The Buckets were unfortunately from Tweaks as i couldnt get them anywhere with them being carbon they were special order mate. As for the weight savings, it was immense to be fair the standard ones being electirc with the heating and subframes weigh around the 45kg figure per seat which to put in perspective one seat is the weight of my full cage! And the New ones i think off the top of my head weigh 6kg and you can pick them up with a couple of fingers.

The charcoal canister delete causes no issues at all and was merely for fitting my catch can in its place.

As for the APR comment i am intending on staying with them just watch this space. :wink:

I hear the white demo rocco is going to be getting a 500bhp GT30 conversion soon. You going down that kinda road?

Or you gonna be the APR Loba L04XX guinea pig??  :wink:

Thanks a lot John appreciate the comments. :happy2:  Lee, the white rocco is gonna be a car for the cup not a 500 bhp monster, like your style though! :wink: I'm not sure exactly where I'm going with this yet, will just have to see.
