Has the MK5 got a plastic cover on the bottom of the rear suspension arms where the droplink connects? Mines on the A3 rattles so was wondering if anyone has fixed said issue?

Nah its this cover - ive been under and had a poke at it. Passenger side one is solid - drivers rattles!
ill get it up on my father in laws ramp and have a proper look at it on Saturday!

i own a mark 5 edition 30 and do not have plastic covers on the rear droplink :-)
