« on: July 15, 2011, 08:26:36 pm »
I've just got back to my car and a fair amount of water has coM from under the front passanger side,  just behind the wheel? Any ideas? Coolant level looks good and no warning lights.

If it's just water; ie no wash fluid, coolant, funny smells, cat pee etc then I'd vote for Air Con condensate, too

Is that the right area for the wRetch run off? There's about half an pint.

Yes, I think so. Was the car running stationary for any length of time? It often accumulates and can look like some form of suspicious fluid leak.

The aircon has been running for part of the day then car was parked on a slight slope.  Few hour later the water appeared.

To be sure I'd check levels, but I'm fairly sure that's all it will be.

Water run off from the windscreen exits behind the front wheels. Maybe it's possible it dripped out due to the slope.

Nothing else seems to have come out so far so maybe it was just the aircon run off. Strange how its never done it before though? Double checked coolant level and it's spot on.

Will monitor it and see how I go.

Thanks for the assistance guys. Invalueble as ever.
