Judder on idle?
« on: July 24, 2011, 08:49:34 am »
Noticed that there is a slight judder on idle, Just a slight vibration through the car. Doesnt do it when driving and usually need to be stood still for a 5seconds before it will occur.

Just wondering if anyone could shed any light on what it may be.

Cheers

I think you will find it difficult to find a TFSI owner on here that doesnt have a judder at idle, been lots of topics on it but its just a characteristic of the engine, if you start getting an erratic idle then you should worry until then I wouldnt think twice about it  :happy2:

one of them unexplainable things.. yet when you finally move on youll weirdly miss it when your new car doesnt do it lol.

Cheers for the info. Mind at rest.  :happy2:
