And this 911 is very new indeed: new monocoque, longer wheelbase, enlarged engines, electro-mechanical steering, and a seven-speed manual gearbox

i know but i think it will be more of a mtr way gear ie top speed long ratio gear

Never driven a 911, my mate works for Porsche though and he got sent to Silverstone to test drive the range
He also was given a 'job' by his manager...keys, fuel card to a 911 GT3RS and got told to go run it in and get some miles on it.
