Awesomeness.

All booked up.  Quite an expensive track day, but since the second driver is free and theres also tuition free of charge its actually about right i guess

What car are you going in?  Didnt see a 135i on the running order

Great day.

Car is a little soft for trackwork, as expected, but by God does it grip relentlessly. Did all day on OE brakes, no real dramas although it does get hot after about 10-15 minutes. Oh, it slides ok too..

I saw Si, although every time I went to find him in the paddock, I missed him. He was going well on track though, that little buzzbox shifts.
Sideways yo!

Didn't do braking though.

Did you see me in ththe gravel trap. :driver:

Thought the aafternon'session was rubbish personally.  Track was too short, and too much traffic, if I wasn't being heldup, i was holding someone else up, which'is where I went off in the end.

I let a group of caterhams go past, pulled back out only to find id not seen another that had tried to join them in going past. Almost cut him up and ended up plowing off the track as id ccompletely missed he braking point.  Gravel absolutely everywhere.

Much prefered the morning session which was very good.

My car was running stock tyres (conti 2's) and gthey started to go off quite badly after the morning session when it ggot nice and warm.

Job #1 new brakes as they were woeful
Job#2 new boots
Job#3 kerb the body roll

Then I think she'll be pretty good

Never saw a 135i though!!

Yes, the 2nd half wasn't brilliant, that long left hander I don't think I got a single shot at without something either being in my way or wanting past. The morning config suited my car better too.

I didn't see you in the trap, I did see you a couple of times on track though.

I was parked with my mates with the MKII Escort, Lotus Sunbeam, black VR6, red/orange M3 and the MX-gay

Sideways yo!

Just had my car on the ramps at shark performance aand air blasted yet more gravel from the underside.

Whilst there noticed that my rear tyres were blistered big style. Only 4000 miles old and absolutely fecked.and they make my fronts look good

First track day ive done where they allow guys with slicks on at the same time as others.   :driver:

Blistered? How odd, I tried to murder the ones on my old Clio and they just took it. They may have been Conti 5s thought??

Aye, OPL is fair game for everyone. Although you can only run slicks if you have a MSA/FIA cage.
Sideways yo!
