I want this!!!

I don't know what it is, but I've always have a soft spot deep down for the BMW M3.
I've never driven one. In fact I've never even been in one.......yet, but I think they not only look stunning, but are great engineering achievements.

Not sure what it is about these 'frozen' matt colours but I really think they look brilliant. I've not seen them on other cars but I'm really into the matt finish. I like the fact it looks different.

One of my neighbours has an M3 in Frozen Grey. You can forget Susuka Grey, it's not even close to being as awesome as Frozen Grey.

An E46 M3 was one of the best cars I've driven. Manual with the smaller (17"?) wheels. It had a surprisingly mechanical, raw feel to it. Got to have one one day.

I've got a massive soft spot for e46 m3's but when I was on the hunt for one they where all rough examples and I'm not saying all m3 owners are dicks but hell all the ones I looked at where

It's what happens when a car gets in the lower price bracket, chavs start buying them and don't treat them properly (e.g. servicing etc).

Ifti you definitely want to check out the frozen grey M3:

This is the one with the Competition pack, has 19" CSL style alloys, EDC as standard and tweaked EDC software

Frozen grey looks ace as well!

I'm torn between being sensible or 'living life'!!!
Should I be sensible and invest some into a second property to rent out to save for the kids future, or should I just save some more and go for my dream!!! Arghhh!

Running costs will likely cost a bomb as wel, but it would only be used as a 'second car' rather then a daily driver!

I spoke to one of the BMW guys when the "frozen" colours first came out. They need special treatment for cleaning and even fingerprints show on them.

As for the competition pack - Top Gear basically said that it made the car worse than the normal set-up!

Top Gear?

Great show, but I wouldn't believe a thing they say about cars!

As above, I wouldn't believe a word JC says. Reviews of the competition pack show it is much better than standard and taking into account that most people spec the 19" alloys and EDC, the competition pack is the same price with better alloys and tweaked software.
