The rear part of the bonnet which is plastic where the washer jets are located has a carbon panel that will het bonded on so that will be the exposed section of carbon.

I will get some more pics of it on Monday to explain better.

You not keen on leaving just that strip exposed then?

Think I finally understand this....

OEM black plastic bit fitted to the Carbon bonnet and a carbon piece stuck on top?

That's it.  :happy2:

Mate how much did the carbon bonnet set you back? I think just leave it standard carbon and whats the plastic clip things sat on it

Leave it carbon imo looks good with the rest of the car, If not just paint it all red. Ive just got a carbon diffuser & front splitter on the S3 & love it, Had to wait 13 weeks for them though

Waited four years for this Phil

If I could afford to wrap or paint the car dark grey i reckon I'd Definately leave it raw carbon

Least if I wrap it red I can remove it and go to carbon if I get bored

Blimey, I take it that's this month? I doubt I could make that, a little more notice then it could of been a possibility and have a stop over lol.
