Alright mike I seen your post on the cage page, all I will say is DO IT! It changes thinks phenomenally and looks awesome pal as you can see from pics of mine, steves and Neil's. Doesn't matter if you go full or half cage, obviously full stiffens it up a lot more and is a lot safer but you still get excellent benefits from a half cage aswell as practicality of not jumping over the cage if it's a full one! And you'll be first on this forum I believe to do it with a Cupra! :happy2:

Bad influence.   :signLOL:

It will be back end of the this winter realistically unless I drop onto a used race car cage.  I dont think I have much hope of retaining the rear seats with a half cage but luckily we have 2 cars.

Even the bloody Skoda gets the oil sensor in the sump!  :fighting:

On a random side note this thread is a year old next week  :star:

Why jelaous? TT arms?

That picture makes it very clear how much room the DSG unit takes up as it comes right up the the nearside front wishbone bolt.  :scared:

Iirc Alex fit the oil sensor when he had the engine in bits, it wasnt standard fit.

Dont the ally TT arms remind you of the ally 944 turbo arms that we used to fit to mk1s :drinking:

Milltek tbe, Forge intercooler, AMD map, Eibach Sportlines, Porsche 996 over AMG 330mm homegrown BBK

I think its funny how many people on here say leave it raw carbon as its a more 'mature' community

Although we've had the maturity conversation, Justin haha
