A big thanks to Alex at AKS for the recent jobs done  :happy2:

Have just had; Custom AKS throttle body pipe, AKS WMI spacer plate, Runner flap delete kit fitted, inlet ports & valve stems cleaned, Red Forge TB hose, rear HEL hoses, new rear OEM discs & pads, front rotors ground to remove pad deposits, APR v3.4 update with motorsport limiter, Ultra racing underbrace & Aks geometry alignment.

Car feels great, a credit to Alex's work.  Shame about this rubbish winter weather now.

Really looking forward to booking the next trackday. Will probably. Be March time, although I might not be able to help taking a gamble on a day in December  :innocent:

The next things planned are;

Finish WMI install, new clutch kit, hybrid ko4 & RTech stage2+, heated front windscreen, perhaps lexan side & rear windows.  Think that's it  :evilgrin:

Mike is your clutch slipping, or have you gone into "preventative maintenance mode" again?  :signLOL:

I'm booked in to see Alex in Jan to sort my clutch hydraulic issues and I'm tempted to get the inlet valves cleaned seeing as it made a decent difference to yours  :happy2:

Look forward to seeing your hybrid K04 graph. BBT?

I'm thinking TTE 420 :)

It has made a great difference the car feels really strong. Also had a latest revision PCV/Cam follower and the usually bits & bobs.

I'm probably going into ott maintenance mode with wanting a new clutch lol, the Sachs has been faultless touch wood

I'm sure it will last a while longer especially if I restraint the right foot and then switch to stock map

Two things Mike:

1. Finally i get rid of that APR in your title slapping my face everytime i see it  :jumpmove:
2. I have a set of OZ ultraleggera's now, and i have to say they are indeed tasty and sharp, you should turn envy now  :P

You are progressing your car faster than i am mine, but we'll see what next year brings my friend  :drinking:

Over the top mod list ;o)

Feel like I havent made any major progress for some time. Although the TB pipe has been one that I've been meaning to get around to for some time!

I'll be quite content when I have WMI, an uprated turbo & fresh clutch.

Been looking into the TTE420 myself  :love:

Looks promising with some decent figures achievable, if you do go down that route I'd appreciate your thoughts  :happy2:

They had a group buy going on audisportnet a few months ago

Had a play with some of my GoPro bits and bobs to make another Trackday mount.

Just waiting on a replacement casing that has a side cutout for the external Mic S videos with loads of wind noise bug me;
