Picked the car up this evening  :innocent:

They have done alignment.  Feels as though its wandering to the right though...

Results from geometry check;

Had the oil seal fixed FOC

Had some gloss black paint added too (Pics when it stops pissing it down   Also Re fitted my RHD Xenons for me.

I have kept the old bumper for eBay.de fingers crossed for a couple of hundred euros on that, just wants a paint.

They put my RHD Xenons back on for the move to Uk and forgot to put indicator bulbs in   Thought they'd kept or binned my PIAA LEDs too but thankfully they were in my LHD lights in the boot.

They have just adjusted the front toe.  The rear has been left, but could have done with adjusting.

Cheapskates

I will go to an alignment specialist for all wheel alignment, steering alignment and alignment / geometry check was obviously lost in translation  :sad1:

Thanks Alex!

How much would you say the rear needs adjusting?  I get baffled by the alignment threads, just want it to hold the road really well for fast road and ocasional track and drive in a straight line! lol

how do they compare with English garages in terms of workmanship, quality, etc?

Seem profesional.

The mechanic gave me a lift home the other day when I dropped the car off (4-5 miles) so courteous

Do all the usual health checks you would expect.  Haven't had any major mechanical work done over here though.

Just pop the car into us when you are in the UK and I will sort it out for ya. :happy2:

If I'm reading the German correctly, then its not out by a massive amount, but enough to affect the handling and cause it to pull.

Will do, I look forward to it  :happy2:

Might see if I can have some bushes uprated then if it needs aligning

The splitter is set back an inch or so compared to how it was on the old bumper.  Only subtle but looks better as it doesnt stick out as much at the front

Before & after to follow  :happy2:

That looks brilliant mate the gloss black was definately the right way to go, and I think with the diffuser further back it looks evil and spot on  :happy2:
