May well be (More than likely my driving style that's at fault) what would be a reason for it not to work? Mechanically.

It is strange isn't it mate, can't make my mind up if I like it or nit yet. I think it'll come into its own on a track tho!:D

Do you find it pulls you into / round the corner or do you too slide out / understeer first?
As long as I'm setup correctly for the corner it pulls me quite violently round with sod all understeer. If however, your not setup correctly (ie too fast/low revs) and then just try to carry a lot of speed through the corner you will understeer as accelerating will do nothing due to the low revs. Slow and controlled into the corner pays dividends as you can get onto the power much earlier with the diff (once you trust it) and get dragged round the corner producing a much higher cornering/exit speed!:D

They take a lot of getting used to mate, I'm far from confident in mine yet!:(

Slow In... Fast Out, is the most efficient way to get through corners.

I find nothing "violent" with my Quaife - Just a strong feeling of being pulled out of the corner when on the power earlier. All as bignod says.

....I've forgotten and don't feel like going back through so many pages: Does Mike have a different diff brand?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's got a different Diff, can't remember which off the top of my head though. Maybe my description of 'Violent' was a bit over the top, was still a little sleepy this morning when I wrote it!;)

Read this, Robin, and you surely will change your opinion:

....So I don't have to spend £24.99 just to find out the point being discussed, can you concisely tell me what the book says about cornering?  :happy2:

Pardon me, I cannot repeat hundreds or at least dozens of pages.
Believe me, this book IS worth reading it (for guys like you and me).

In (extremely) short:
fast in, fast through, fast out. You don't have to be slow anywhere.  :driver:

No doubt this man knows how to drive really fast. And he is one of the
very few racing professionals telling about details.

If you still believe the old "slow in, fast out" story and want to learn
more you sadly have to spend these 25 Pounds. It's peanuts compared
to the mods you've done to your car.
