Did you not want to put the battery in the boot Mike or does the cupra not have a battery boot box like the S3/R32?

None of the front wheel drive cars have the box unfortunately.  This battery is so light it would prob add weight adding cables to the boot.   Holds its charge very well.

Nice saving there! How much are they? Ive seen before they sometimes have cold start issues with the smaller lightweight batterys but at least weve got the weather now for you to test it.

Thanks, Wheels have had to come off for winter though :( I need some better winter wheels!

Must stop looking at your S3.  So damn nice.

On the battery front.  It gets started twice a day to go in and out of the unit.  No issues so far.  I will see how it goes this week in the cold.
