Now you just need some quality coilover's and the car will be sorted.

Whens the first trackday?

Yep took a pipe out in the process  :rolleye:

I bet its the same one that broke on mine when my dogbone snapped. Let me guess engine rocked forward and snapped the pipe coming up by the fan.

Mines still broke aswell

Quality coilovers, must be some shiny bilstiens then. I think everyone has seen the light and are swapping to them lately. Just need some top mounts for mine pm'd alex but gonna ring him on monday about fitting some.

Whats the deal with people swapping over to the bilstiens, whats the benefit? I speculate most people on here dont actually take advantage of the adjustabilty and benfits of the more expensive coilovers...  :stupid:

Well there loads better to adjust, takes about 40 secs to do all 4 corners from road setup to track setup and Life time warrenty. Coming from V3's i dont know cant answer that, i swapped from sportlines and knackered dampers so it made sense to me.

How many people actually get v3's set up and corner waited to the million different settings on them? Of course you'd have to take them off to do that :stupid:

End of the day, i drive around on softer comfy settings for everyday use, get to the track and stiffen em up, you dont have to compromise between track and road comfort like v3's. Once there setup you're stuck with the settings.

Thats why i went with the billies anyway :happy2:

Sorry Jake, I couldnt find the reference to the KW's on there at all?

ROB, regarding the warranty, Ive read its two years in Europe and 'lifetime' in the USA. So you might want to check that incase

Im pretty sure you dont have to take them off the adjust the V3's, but cant confirm that as mine were adjusted by Jabbasport.

I see the V3 and B16 are about the same price now, so I can see why you would choose between the two if you didnt have either, but still cant see the logic of swapping from V3's to B16's or the other way round, as they are SO similar.  Each to there own though, just curious :)

Mike just check how much you can lower the B16;'s by as the catalogues only say 10-30mm

The B16's certainly go low enough.

Mine aren't at their lowest and was thinking Alex had set them too low  :signLOL:

It says on Balance motorsports website there covered by limited lifetime warrenty http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/sitepage/Bilstein.html 3rd paragragh.

The Bilstiens dont go as low as KW's mine are nearly wound all the way down at the front and its still a decent gap between arch and tyre but you need a gap really.

I wouldnt swap from V3's to billies either unless the KW's were a right off.
