From your list, Sy, I'd try RS4-2 blues personally - but that's mainly based on having never tried 1155s. Beddie's 1144s seemed quite good at Spa, but then he brakes like a champ, rather than dragging them for 200m and has bigger discs to soak heat. So the 1155s make sense for you, I don't think you need that much more of a step up from what you've said about Silverstone/Mallory.
Oranges, not sure you'll be ok day to day.
I don't like DS pads because of how they act once you take them beyond their range, they leech resin and judder... fine if you never get there, but a pisser if you do.
Carbon Lorraine RS5+ are very trick & fully sintered so no bedding, but you may get noise.
All this is basically heat management, which is why you can't really say what works on one is gospel. I had 340s stopping 1500kgs, Jonny has what, 2-piece 360s stopping 1300kgs?? Coupled with the fact he has a pad the size of one of SuBo's sanitary towels, it makes sense why he didn't get the same feel/performance I did with the RS29s, they were probably stone cold 90% of the time.
Splash guards off and get some air to them, even if it's just some spiral neoprene ducting held in place with metal cable ties.
