You'll be amazed at the difference this makes Sy. :happy2:

The check valve is the long black connector with two red ends at the bottom of that pic

roger that.  I wont be fitting it anyway   . Hopefully this combined with the APR coolers extra 29% volume will mean a substantial drop in temps from the 50-60 degrees it currently hits on the dyno.

A lot of the TT RS guys are beginning to use these kits now too.

A Porsche Turbo tuned for the kit will make around an extra 100bhp!!!! :surprised:

Were not tuning for it though, its only there for when were running on dynos, trackdays, 1/4 mile days and any other time it might be needed ie red hot summers days. Hence the toggle switch.

If i get 10Hp gain ill be happy

Your shopping list should be

Mug of "Man Up Juice" and then you can do more trackdays

Wouldnt waste your money on OKADAs.  I think the fact that Teff made 0Hp with them at 600Hp+ means your not going to either lol

Ive been known to make over 40hp extra, but im not too happ with the risk of it stopping or not working. My point being that my meth system is currently working intermittantly right now for some unknown reason! so if im running a meth tune and the meth stops, bad things can happen!

Would you say 10hp is reasonable when not tuned for it?

Is that 40 Hp when mapped for it?  Id presume at yor output thats about a 10% gain.  Coonsidering my output is substantially lower a 10% gain would be around 25hp, but still i think thats alot more than i could expect tbh.

Hurdys certainly never gave him any big gains like that

That was at a 484hp reading, and yes mapped for it.

The wmi will give substantial gains when mapped for it. A little like having a race fuel setting. If you fit it and don't map for it then the gains will only be 2-5%. Most of that will come from cooling.

I thought you said yours never made any more power on setting C with the advanced timing?

Thats about an 8% gain when mapped, so assuming an 8% gain on mine when mapped for it id be looking at a 20hp gain which would put me at 270hp, i might see if Keith can do me a switchable map for the WMI for use on 1/4 mile days.

Im inclined to agree with Hurdy on mine that a 2-5% gain is probably the most ill be getting though, so a 5-12Hp gain at best.
