So what is the spec now, and whats changed to prevent it happening again? (or just built/apped properly?)

The piston issue should be resolved now that were running a stronger design. Evidently the misfire wasnt a result of the low compression, so if changing the valve springs turn out to not be the source of the problem then the coice is keep the stage 3 running lower boost to the redline, or revert back to the stock turbo and keep the car at stage 2 instead.
