They look pretty good and from there look like the real thing. Was it difficult masking out the centre of the lights? Not too sure what to do with mine at the moment? Whether to send the R32 ones I got from Eurowagens back, try to file down the retaining lug a bit so the connector fits and stick with them or spray the original ones? I'm really not a fan of the standard pinkies. It's a GTI FFS. Why did VW ever put standard rear lights on in the first place

Why did VW ever put standard rear lights on in the first place I have to agree with you regarding the lights, I feel the same about certain things on the vRS, like it leaving the factory with a colour coded grille amongst them.
sorry about the latre reply! i am trying to upload some pictures but a cant get it to upload to my photobucket account through my phone, i will give it a try later when i get back from football. i used E-tech ETECH Light Tinting Spray Lens Tint Black SMOKE (290475498106) to do the tinting and HYCOTE CLEAR LACQUER SPRAY PAINT - 400ml (140523707808). the tinting spray was 4.95 and the lacquer was 2.45, so pretty cheap
