No personal experience but have heard they both do a good job but they are expensive.
Nu-Luk quoted me £120 per wheel for diamond cutting and Listers £160  :surprised:
What type of refurbishment are you after?
Perhaps we should inquire about a group discount  :happy2:

I've used Listers before several times for previous cars with excellent results. Never used Nu luk but heard some excellent reports if a little expensive.

My monza 2's have the dreaded white worm but no other damage. Much as I love the look of the diamond cut finish I not willing to pay to get it re done every couple of years so I'm just going to get them sprayed one colour.

Lester quoted £65+Vat for basic refurb and Nu Luk £80+Vat. Nu Luk quoted £100+vat for the diamond cut finish, cannot remember what Lesters Quoted, but recall it was crazy   :surprised:

I would think about Powder Coating rather than juat painting, thats what I am looking into at the minute as I think it would be a much better job.
Just need to ring around for a bit more info and prices so keep in touch if you like.

I spoke to Lester Engineering, their refurb process consists of; bead blast, paint spray and lacquer. They don't powder coat wheels.

NuLuk's process consists of ; chemical strip, bead blast, powder coating, paint spray and lacquer. They said they have found that a powder coat lacquer provides the best life span on diamond cut wheels.
The price of a std refurb has increased to £340+Vat.

Appears to be a more comprehensive process, but its very expensive.

Have you seen the thread about Diamond Cutting in Dundee Scotland,£50 a corner is what is being quoted.
Collection, delivery and return using Paisley Freight services would work out about £100 although you are probley looking around a 2 week turnaround to allow for collection refurb and return etc.

Theres a place outside Comber doing powder coating that i have still to check out.

But have to say i was looking at a set of re furbed wheels yesterday done by NU-LUK and they looked top class.
