just touch it up and put a bit of lacquer over it, flat it down and then buff it up and i bet you will hardly see it!

I had a chips away company fix a dent and scratch in my door and now you cant see where it has been repaired. The colour match was perfect and bearing in mind its race blue and that can be a pig to get mixed blown in right. I would not let a small thing like that take away any enjoyment out of owning the car.
