Zboyd has a Helix clutch and smf on his car and had nothing but praise for it, pedal wasnt too heavy either.
I would certainly trust his opinion on these things. You've probably gone and bought one by now though

I have heard mixed reviews on the Helix and Spec clutches, still waiting on a couple of prices to come back but 95% sure I will be ordering a South Bend kit with SMF
