Retarded fuse question. . .

Is there a difference between the following 20a fuse;



and a 20a of the sealed see through yellow plastic type found in Petrol station shops / Motorfactors / Supermarkets etc...

found this bust fuse, it was headlight washers. swapped it with 12v / cig lighter fuse but they still dont seem to be working (cant remember if they work stationary or not)

Answered my own question by buying some & trying it... Works.

Headlight washer now pops out every 5th use of window washer but doesnt squirt screen wash on the lights, halfway there lol
