RCD 310 to RNS 510 Bluetooth Question

Hi everyone.

Proud new onwner of a 2011 MK GTD and I have a question for you.

It currently has factory RCD310 with factory bluetooth and am installing a RNS510.
Are the bluetooth components the same. I.e will it work straight away or does the RNS510 need a different bluetooth retrofit....
