Thats crap news Scotty, you have done so much to that car it would be a shame to throw in the towel now! I know it must be frustrating having an ongoing issue which isnt easy to resolve,  hopefully it will be fixed quickly and you can feel the love for it again! :happy2:

No no no!! :scared: You can't sell up now. (unless to get another MK5 GT TDI) I've just started modding my car and can do with all the help/inspiration I can get. Plus you only live about an hour away from me (Edinburgh) so I might call on your services on coding me in a new CAN Gateway. Your car has come a seriously long way over a standard Golf, would it ever be worth selling when faulty? You'd lose big amounts of money. Stick with it man, and hopefully Volkswagen can do their magic-wizardry and fix it. :nerd:

This car can't be sold!!!!!

Think how much you have done to it, to give up now would be a sin

We will sort it, process of elimination. "simples"
