Good service from the stealers!!!

Hi guys,

Since buying the golf I've heard a fair share of horror stories and terrible service from the stealers but, I must say i'm impressed with them :jumpmove:!
Booked the golf in for the DSG service and also the MOT. Once they had finished I explained that I suspected there was a problem with the gearbox. He took it a spin and said its fine and there was nothing wrong(huge relief)! After I paid I then mentioned the airbag fault light was on. He grabbed a weird looking laptop plugged it in to the car and the fault was gone, result :drinking:! He then said if it re-appears to take it back down and he will take a further look at it. The best thing was it all cost only £190  :smiley:

To be fair all those things you are happy about, should really be considered normal,  and the least you should expect from the stealer's. That being said its good that you are happy and as you say most people only report bad service.  :smiley:

We have a section for this so i will move this post later if that's ok.  :happy2:
