Sounds like a big problem around the Leeds area. Damn scumbags!!!

I like that idea of sticking a 'broken glass' sticker on the screen :happy2:

My mate who sub contract for vw leeds and leeds audi attends both of them at least once a day to sort the damage out due to stolen navs. Huddersfield & Harrogate vw and audi used to be bad for it but Nick was telling me they keep all the cars with navs somewhere else or take the units out when they come in on part ex.

Its a pee pore world we live in and there will always be scum doing this sort of thing, but as long has your vigilant and park your car in a well lit area or secure carpark when your out and put valuables out of sight then thats the best you can do.

Wasn't it Hurdy that cut a screen from a 310 unit and used it as a cover to protect the RNS 510 from the eyes of thieves?

It sure was, but it wasn't an RNS he was hiding..

Thats a brilliant idea :happy2:

I wonder if that cover would fit over the RNS510 due to it having the two round buttons and the bezel being the same size?

Why can't these people just go and get a job?

Surely it's less hassle to go to work everyday than waking up wondering if you are going to prison?
