Any mk1 tt 225 fans in the house? Looking for a quick answer on what boost it should be making? Completely standard car. Boost gauge is fitted so thats why i am asking. Thanks, Stevie.

Thanks for the reply, sitting at 0.7bar? Not enough. Did type it into wikipedia and its saying between 0.7bar and 1bar, seems quite a big variation? Stevie.

Do u know what engine code it has?? Should be a BAM if 225ps

0.7 bar is for the 180ps version!

Its the BAM 225. Must be losing boost somewhere? Need to have a look around the hoses. Stevie.

I had a 1.8T once.  Nothing but a leaking heap of vacuum hoses all over the shop robbing boost at every oportunity.  DV would be my first port of call.  They were an issue on the 1.8T's too.
