How do you remove the top grill vw emblem?

Hi guys does anyone have a how to to remove the vw emblem from the front top grill
ive had the grill off and can see that the emblem has four clips on it but it just wont budge :confused:
i need to get the emblem off to spray the emblem and grill satin black!

i'm guessing the principles the same as the .:R32

Thanks cherry i think i will have to try it again,i released the locking hooks and tried to pull out but it just wouldnt budge,if i try to turn it it will snap one of the 2 big lock hooks which are at either side :confused:

Yeah just twist it and it'll come out, i had mine out that way.
what shade/product are you going to use , thinking of doing mine but unsure of colour/shade

Think I will do mine Gloss black to match my wing mirrors.  Before anyone asks, I did the wing mirrors Gloss black to match the Grill and 'B' pillars  :happy2:
