Yokohoma Parada Spec 2
« on: August 29, 2011, 09:14:53 pm »
Any one used the Yokohoma parada spec 2 tyres before. They like something between  a fast road tyre and a semi slick tyre.  A couple guys today at the shark performance day were running them and seemed pretty happy.

Had a google search aand they are pretty cheap as well.

Mixed reviews, Greeners liked his but remember seeing some other posts about them falling apart on track days.

Great in the dry, awful in the wet.

Far from it.  888's are actually quite good in the wet.

Paradas were the worst tyres I've ever used and I would never go back to them.

Deffo look at the rs2's.  Great value.  I run the old rss tyres at the front and the hankook v12 at the back.  Will change to the rs2's when the rss's are dead.

Shame the 888's are not available at the moment.

^^^ + 1 for the Federals  :happy2:

Fantastic in the dry and i've found them fine in the wet so far, Oulton last week was wet for the first hour or so and apart from Druids requiring a bit more butt clenching than normal they were fine and epic all day once it had dried out, barely worn too!  :happy2:
