Looking at getting vehicle serviced prior to remapping.
Now its had full vw service history so believe it to be on longlife service plan etc. Only really looking at remap but would it be better to change oil onto say this one

or is it best to stay with longlife? Or any other recommendations. I hate the silkolene pro oil in my RS and seemed alot better than others.

All GTIs should be on time and distance servicing using longlife oil. As long as it's "approved" to "vw 504" standard, you will be fine
