Driving behind an R32 last week on dual carraigeway in Bournemouth. He pulls over to the left to let me by and winds his window down. I do same to passenger side as wonder what he wants .

He shouts out  ‘ that’s my old car you have there., superb car that is ‘ . Then he speeds off up the road. Nice to know , wonder why he changed to R32 ?

It's certainly not fuel economy.  I suppose the R32 is a natural progession from a bog standard GTi, sooner have an ED30 tbh.
