I am in the process of getting a R32 style cat back system manufactured with Nigel at BCS. Thing is he needs a car to design it on and manufacture future systems from. Now the problem, for me to travel to BCS in Merseyside is a 411 mile round trip and will have to be there for about 8:00 am. So what I am asking is if there is anyone closer that is able to help with the lone of a car to BCS for may be 3 to 4 hours on any day that can be pre-arranged with Nigel. Thanks Steve.

What is it he's custom making? Doesn't he deal the blueflame system?

Think it just a case of he used to design the Blue Flame system and has now moved on? Nigel may well be along to elaborate more. He did have some of the Blue Flame systems left but does not have any with the R32 tail pipes so is making some but needs a GTI with the R32 lower bumper fitted to make the first one. Have been talking to Nigel and he is trying to save me making the round trip so he can send the system to me.

He told me today that he has 3 r32 mk5 gti style left... Coz am mena be buying one

Only thing I can say is that I have asked for a bigger centre silencer as I do not want it to loud and defiantly no cabin noise on the motorway. May have to ring again and see what he has to say?

Sorry for the confusion.
the stock I have is based on full GTi systems.
Once I have developed the R32 tail pipes I can then do your system which would have been to meet your time scale.
