Thanks a lot lads been a good day and just to top it off the car is getting polished tomorrow due to a claim from work,

Someone didn't put the filters on properly in one of the blasters we have and the magnesium in the shot dust has damaged about 20 of the cars at work so the company's insurance are having all the cars polished or resprayed :drinking:

Unfortunately not Mike its been done by a company called Dab Restoration Ltd they deal specifically in overspray and fallout on vehicles AND BUILDING???  There webby says established in 1994-5 and deal with some big insurers and manufacturers.

Would have prefered to get one of the forum detailers on the job but insurers said no :confused:

The job specifics are they did only where the fallout has hit i.e the roof, bonnet and upper wings and rear qtrs :laugh: also they only took an hour and most of them where pole's :happy2: does fallout not blow in the wind? so all of the car would have been affected??
