Howdy All

Looking at getting one of these to compliment my RCD300 -

Before actually going ahead and buying it, just wanted to check who has actually got one or used one before.
Is it really as easy as, plug in & play?
Also RCD300 headunits (in 05 reg GTI) are 12pin Quadlock? ( save me ripping out the stereo to have a look, if someone already knows, even better

)
