The turbine wheel and housing sizes wont help massively as most of the mapping on the ME9 ecu is based on limiters. If they study the K03 maps from your car and look at a k04 stock map and a K04 tuned map then they will quickly realise its relatively straight forward to get the desired results.

I have some original and base maps that they can use as a guideline if required.

They buy their maps in from DNA tuning I believe. I know nothing about simtech, a lad that comes to us with an MX5 has a massive dislike of them though, plenty about it on the mx5 forums.

Sorry, that was a typo by me. We are talking about the same place.

Its not any more difficult than just doing a stage1 on an ed30.

Wasnt trying to make you sceptical, but its a rather odd question (turbo sizes) to ask, especially if you had experience with the tfsi engines

took the car up to the guy 2day , simon seemed to know alot about cars but unfortunatlt the car ran 312bhp at the flywheel with crazy boost spikes , made a couple of tweaks but the car still kept hitting limp mode he seems to think it could be the boost actuator ?  (the car was allready hitting limp mode b4 i took it to him)

Datalogging should show up the issue. I assume he was using vagcom or similar to log it all?

It was on a dyno . they are golf edition 30 injectors i thought the setup should run roughly about 360bhp . the engine managment light is not coming on but i dont have a fault reader avalibale at the moment to read them , i am going to borrow one 2 morrow 2 check there isnot an underlying problem. I am talking to the guy down at DNA tunning at this moment to see what can be done . have you got any tune mapped guidlines for this sort of thing ? thank you for helping mate. :happy2:
