Warranty knocking noise

Can anyone give some advise regarding a knocking noise from the rear end Peter Cooper Southampton have had the car 6 weeks now and still can't pin point the noise even swapped bits from another GTI

Don't know if I want the car back as it has spent half it's ownership in VW

where would I stand with getting my money back
