As nice as the audi is after owning an a3 I just find them a little bland and I would have an ed30 over one any day at the week hence y I bought the ed30 but they are still a great car and still vag so enjoy it but I wander how long it will last LOL

I think you really need to drive the S3 mate as it does not compair to a normal A3! It ticks all the boxes the golf didn't for me!

Cracking motor's the s3's my mates 1 is awesome in the wet for putting the power down :happy2: That said he is selling it and going back to a mk4 32 or mk5 32 :driver: Miss's the v6 too much! That and strapping a Vf charger to it :laugh:

The 32 was his 1st love  :love:! And truth be told had I not ordered my Ed30 I was very close to signing for a Db pearl mk5 sometimes wish I had :drool:!!

It is just a shame the R32's are so much to tax! I did love my R32 just did not want to get stuck with a car that was hard to sell on!

I don't know what they have done with the new S3 but it sounds great with the R32 burble from the 2.0T! The steering and gear change is so refined aswell and the car feels so planted on the road! It is heads above the R32 and I thought that was great!
