if yours is a mk5/6 then yes. if it's a mk4 then no because the PCD is different.

just bear in mind that these wheels are a fair bit wider than your current ones. your current ones (if OEM GTI) will be 18x7.5 rather than 18x9 (the number at the end is the width of the wheel in inches)

also the rolling radius will be different for those tyres so you'll need some coding to get your speedo accurate.

i wouldn't know if the standard issue 225/40 will fit on those because of how wide they are.

no problemo

what sort of wheel you looking for? i've seen a gorgeous set of BBS RSIIs on the wheel sanctuary, freshly refurbed and going for a VERY reasonable price. the only reason i've not bought them myself is because i don't think they'd suit my A3. they'd look MEAN on a Mk5 tho.

i bought BBS CH for my Audi A3 but had to buy a spacing ring the centre of it to fit the mk5 gti.....was a bit of a hassle as BBS has a funny offset size and i couldnt find anyone that could get a hold of them, eventually had to go through BBS and buy a full set off them including bolts etc.

but back to topic yeh they should fit

cheers for your replies, that makes more sense then, i think 9" is a bit wide for what i want and et 43 may cause rubbing at the front i have found out....

This wheel lark is a bit complicated!
