lowering advice

I am after a few pictures, i have 18" monzas on my car at the moment and am thinking about going 19" but not sure yet, can people post pics of their cars and say how much its lowered and what springs, im looking at either 35mm or 50mm h&r springs

I have no idea what the drop is - It's been setup by VWR for fast road use and occasional trackdays. My advice is not to go lower than this for practical reasons: Sleeping policemen (speed bumps) have to be taken at 5 mph and some at an angle, and most indoor car parks with sudden changes in ramp angle are a no-no. I'm happy though because she feels very well planted and flat to drive. Ground clearance is the depth of an ice-cream tub - 65mm - I know because I've used an open tub to collect a leak and it just scrapes the top of it.

That looks spot on, im not sure whether to go 35 or 50, with the intention of going 19s i know 35mm would be best. I may well stay with the 18s though depending how it looks, im only planning on getting springs so i dont want to get 35mm and it be too high vice versa!

....I get rubbing only on very extreme tight radius corners like small roundabouts but my arches need repair as the paint seal is now broken. I was considering carbon wings which have more clearance but my financial circumstances have taken a major turn for the worse and so I can't afford it.
