Anyone used this guy?

looking at a retrofit cruise control to my 08 GTi.  seen this on ebay...£100 supplied, fitted and coded, genuine VW item.  i think he advertises on mk5gti forum also...what you guys think?

I fitted cruise to my caddy recently. Its pretty straight forwards. I can post up the LONG how to here if you want.

Located in Lincolnshire.  would rather not have to travel to Newcastle to a chap i dont really know for something as safety crucial as fitting cruise if i am really honest.

Yes it will need vagcom to code it in. Pretty simple though if you can get hold of it

Yeah?  would appreciate that fella  :happy2:  am waiting on the link to the long fitting instructions and if i can do it i may well take you up on that if the offer stands.  have you done one before, is it straight forward to code it?

any other links useful to me for this appreciated...but i am going to look in the how to guides section first!
