Hey folks

Im believe there are a few Skiers and boarders on here has anyone been to this before in Mayrhofen? If so is it anygood? Me and a few of my mates are seriously tempted to give it a whirl as by all accounts its meant to be a good week. My main concern is snow that late in the year  :confused:

I went in 2009. It was awesome but we were lucky with snow as its pretty late and Mayrhofen isnt the highest resort. They seem to keep pushing it later each year which doesnt help and the price has almost doubled since I did it as its become more popular... but it is a good week.

ITs still my best music memory as well. On the wednesday they had a massive street party at the bottom of the main gondola and beardyman was doing his stuff over a couple of MASSIVE speak set ups... the sun was out... there were boarder girls everywhere... its was awesome...Then he dropped 'into the kill' by la roux.  :rolleye:

You've just reminded me.its 91 days,17 hours,1 minute and 25/24/23/22 etc seconds until Heavenly..Stoked  :jumpmove:

Has anyone else watched ART OF FLIGHT yet by the way... Seen it about 6 times now.. amazing footage

The more people I ask the more people recommend it :party: :party: So im gonna get it all booked the weekend :jumpmove:

If there's no snow, there's no snow i'll probably be enjoying the nights to much to even notice the snow anyway :laugh: Just to decide now on how to get there a big part of me is saying make it a road trip but the rest is saying take a flight.  :confused: Does anyone know what the drive to Mayrhofen is like?
