Club GTI Curborough Trackday
Saturday 4 April 2009

Curborough Sprint Circuit, Lichfield
(Club GTI-organised)
Timed sprinting action
£39 - the cheapest trackday you'll do all year

http://www.clubgti.com/forum/showthread.php?t=184989

Date: Saturday 4th April 2009
Time: 9am - 4pm
Gates Open 0815, Driver's Brief 0900

Location: Curborough Sprint Circuit
Just off the A38 between Burton on Trent and Lichfield, near Fradley Park
Nearest postcode WS13 8EL

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A full day's timed track action on the Curborough Sprint Course

Run to a similar format as last September - thread here

- non-stop action all day
- a relaxed meet
- one car on track at a time (so no risk from others)
- pure 'grass roots motorsport'

This is one of the only chances in the year for VAG drivers to compare times,
on track, on a dedicated VAG-only day, so it's a special event.

In the Members section of the forum,
a database of track times is available,
going back to 1999.

An ideal event for all drivers of VAG cars of all types:

Road, sprint or track machinery!

Club GTI Members: £39
Non-Club GTI members: £49
Extra drivers: £10
Specatators: free

Helmets advised.
Cars must be road legal.
(Let us know if you have a trailer-only car. We're listening)
No other modifications required.

Club GTI has run events at Curborough since the early 1990s,
and this event is a continuation of that tradition.
Run by the members, for the members.

Event rules to follow in post 2.

Curborough newbies, and regulars of old, it'll be great to see you along
- thanks in advance of your support

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Track entries will be done via Paypal.

(We're aware that there are some long-standing members
who may unable to pay via Paypal.
Please enquire and we'll arrange)
