I'm considering getting a MFSW for my '08 GTi (if I understand right, I can't just swap the two inserts over on a manual car).
If I put on a MFSW, do I need any extra parts and do I need to get it coded up by VW?
I have the RCD510 touch screen CD changer fitted with a Parrot bluetooth working through it.
So how many of the buttons would work, do we think? WOuld be nice if the phone button worked but not expecting it to. However volume and radio should?
Can someone tell me what the other ones do? I know one is for the Highline display but as I have the midline, I guess it won't work.
I've read the other posts on this but wanted to try and get some up to date answers.
