Half marathon today

Let myself get a bit lazy of late so stuck myself on the corps half marathon as a kick up the arse :sick:

In camberly tamping fluids as I type, race is an unpleasant route starting in Tidworth at 1

Might take the VW bus up norrrf to get a couple of bits from home if I get time before we head back to Germany

13 miles mostly up disgusting hills and across fields 1hr 40 out of shape atm so got myself on it to kick start training again

1hr 40 not amazing but getting back into my training as I've been a lazy swine for a while.  It was all uphill mind  :sick:
