Depends whose rollers they go on. Being generous 275ish not so generous 250ish. If its more oomph you want then personally i wouldn't bother with the carbonio intake, i would go for either an evoms, itg or forge twintake as they are meant to give you the better gains. Just remember when you go that far up in power though that you will more than likely have to make other changes to cope with the extra power e.g brakes, suspension,  arb's, walk. The lists can be endless, but then thats why we're here .  :signLOL:

What plugs would be best suited for this?

I have 239.8bhp and 255ftlb with a forge twintake and custom map only. Surely he should see more?

Stick with OEM plugs! Dont waste your money on the carbino intake!! they do zero for performance!!!

Either the rollers were shockingly inaccurate, or you've been had!  :scared:

A stage 1 remap only will typicially yield between 235/40 BHP, stage 2 varies depending on intake and down pipe fitted whether it be sport or de-cat, but ball park figure 260 BHP, then on the 270/80 BHP for stage 2+ with the addition of intercoolers HPFP's etc.  but all this is irrelevant imho, figures are for pub talk, real world driving is what counts.  :happy2:

Its all about the area under the curve, you could end up with the same peak bhp of 238bhp but have around 40bhp more power average under the power curve.

I would be happy with seeing around 255bhp-290lbft with a wide torque curve on my dyno with your mods and the sc remap to complement them, then with HPFP and mapping 275-280bhp

The car in the link below aint got huge peak numbers due to power to weight ratio rules, 240bhp 275lbft but the torque band is very wide and holds on to the peak power for a lot longer making this car a rocket and winning races... :happy2: Its running similar engine mods.  http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh252/Rtechremaps/IMG_0997.jpg
