I don't doubt that's what he told you but I would be surprised if we were allowed to order before the US

The white 4 isnt chunkier. It was a manufacturing defect with some very early models of the white release.

Well the one SteveP had back in May this year was most certainly thicker and slightly longer than my Black 4!
